Susie passed away on May 13, 2024 at her home in Parker, Colorado.

Obituary

Susie graduated in 1967 from Big Sandy (Simla) high school.   She worked in the health care and insurance industries for most of her career.

She met her husband, Larry Crabb, while they were in high school.  They married in 1968 to journey through life together for 55 years.

Those who survive Susie’s passing and mourn her loss, are husband, Larry Crabb; son, Joel Herbert Crabb (wife Arianna) of Highlands Ranch, Colorado. Grandchildren Gabriel Hanson, Isaac Beck, Broden Crabb, Callen Crabb, and Lilyanne Crabb, sister JoEllen (VanderLugt) Mercer as well as a host of family and friends.

Susie was preceded in death by her daughter Jessica Anne Beck, her brother Jerry VanderLugt and parents, Herb and Madeline VanderLugt.

The family requests any gifts in remembrance and honor of Susie, be sent to Big Sandy Alumni Association, via a Memorial donation.
